San Miguel de Allende is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Mexico, and has been recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It is here that developers Tamayo Desarrollos set out to create a new hotel and luxury residential properties. And when it came time to conceptualize and develop the identity and brand for this upcoming venture, Smarthinking Inc. was up for the task.

Smarthinking Inc. worked with the developers and architects of The Vines to formulate the overarching identity for this massive undertaking, which consists of luxury real estate, a private vineyard, a cigar lounge, championship polo grounds, a cellar house, an opulent spa, expert restaurants, a private farm, and the Chatwal – a boutique hotel in conjuction with the famed Chatwal New York. Smarthinking Inc. assisted with the creation of the tone and identity of the overarching brand, as well as its sub-brands, including its 1881 club and The Cellar House. In adittion, to brand development, Smarthinking Inc. created a full-length takedown brochure for the upcoming property.
