Platiunum Winner of 2019 Summit Award

We are thrilled to announce that Smarthinking Inc. is a Platinum and Silver 2019 Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award winner. The Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award program recognizes companies for innovative and leading-edge creative work that uses strategy and results-based effectiveness to create solutions in today’s marketplace.

Our agency received a platinum award for our creation of a look book for Zulia Bacalar, a new luxury resort destination coming to the jungles of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. For the look book, we were tasked with identifying and synthesizing the offering, finding a way to create tangible experiences for the consumer. From thoughtfully developing the building blocks of the brand message, to conceptualizing a design layout that would inspire the end reader, no stone was left unturned. The 104-page look book now serves as the key communicator and primary collateral for the resort.

We also received a silver award for a lifestyle ad campaign we executed for The Whitetail Club, a premier private community and club located in Western Idaho. With a focus on the community’s incredible location, we developed a campaign that targeted high-net-worth individuals, with a desire for an adventurous, luxurious lifestyle. The campaign has resulted in exceptional awareness and interest from potential homebuyers.

“These awards reflect our dedication to producing high-quality, results-driven work for our clients. We strive to merge creativity and strategy throughout each project, and this affirms that,” said Mark Natale, chief executive officer of Smarthinking Inc. “It is an honor to receive these prestigious Summit Marketing Effectiveness Awards, and to end the year on a strong note.”

Administered by the Summit International Awards (SIA) organization, the Summit Marketing Effectiveness competition is based on the premise that the goal of marketing communications is to change, influence, or reinforce a target audience’s knowledge, attitudes or beliefs. Using this premise as a basis for its judging criteria, the competition is a true arbiter of marketing communication effectiveness. There were more than 1,400 submissions in the 2019 Summit Marketing Effectiveness competition, coming from 10 countries.
