How do you make a suburban hotel brand relevant in the center of the country's biggest city without destroying the brand? That was the question posed to us by New York Hotel Management when they set out to open Staybridge Suites Times Square. The suburban brand was making its big city debut and we were charged with making it a desirable destination for business and FIT travelers alike.
We started by extensively researching the existing brand and then making appropriate brand extensions that would properly represent the New York property. By applying enhanced brand standards to the New York property, we were able to establish a brand promise, tone of voice, personality and identity standards that fit into the metropolitan market.
We developed the entire collateral collection for the hotel, from the key cards to the in-room directory and everything in between, giving Staybridge Suites Times Square the New York premiere it was hoping for. If you can make it here…
